Deposit
The first nights stay is required as a non refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival the deposit will be held for 3 months to allow for a re-book.
If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, this will result in no refund of deposit, unless we can resell the room.
We strongly recommend you take adequate travel insurance to cover your UK short breaks and holidays.
